As an Admin, you’re the driving force behind creating a culture of wellbeing at your organization. You’re designing experiences, driving engagement, and finding ways to make a real impact on your team. You’re also busy — and you deserve the right tools to work smarter, not harder. That’s why we’ve designed a powerful suite of admin features to make managing your wellbeing program easier, more efficient, and more impactful than ever.
Admin Features
As an Admin, you get exclusive access to a suite of features designed to make managing your program seamless and effective:
User Management – View, organize, and manage your team’s access to the Hub.
Easy Invite – Quickly invite employees and boost engagement without the manual work.
Program Planning Resources – Access tools, templates, and expert guidance to drive success.
Feature Announcements & Strategy Emails – Stay in the loop with the latest platform updates and best practices.
Engagement Insights – Track participation and measure the impact of your program (not available on all Hub tiers)
With these features, you’ll have everything you need to increase participation, simplify administration, and build a thriving culture of wellbeing.
Who Needs admin access?
Admin access is reserved for the key people responsible for designing, managing, and growing your company’s wellbeing program. Typically, this includes:
The main point of contact/key responsible person for the wellbeing program
HR professionals overseeing employee engagement and benefits
Wellbeing committee members driving company-wide initiatives
Other company representatives who need to invite and manage users in the Hub
Transparency Note: Admins have access to see which employees have been invited and who has created accounts on the Wellbeing Hub. They’ll also receive monthly reports if that’s included in your subscription. If someone doesn’t need this level of access, it’s best to keep their account as a standard user instead of an admin.
Creating Admin Users
If you need to give someone admin-level access to the Wellbeing Hub, you can upgrade any existing user in just a few clicks. Here’s how to make the magic happen:
Go to your Admin Dashboard.
Click User Management in the sidebar.
Locate the user you want to promote to admin status.
In that user’s row, open the meatball menu (the three vertical dot menu ⋮ ).
Select Set as Admin.
Boom—done! That user now has full admin capabilities.
