Ensuring Email Deliverability
Whitelisting On The Goga Emails
To make sure your team receives sign-up confirmations, invitations, and other important Hub emails, it's essential to whitelist On The Goga’s email domains. Without this step, emails may get caught in spam filters, preventing employees from activating their accounts and accessing your Wellbeing Hub.
Why Whitelisting Matters
Whitelisting ensures that On The Goga emails reach your inbox instead of being blocked or sent to junk folders. Since sign-up confirmation emails and invitations are a critical part of creating your Hub account and getting value from the platform, this is a must-do step.
How to Whitelist On The Goga Emails
Ask your company’s IT team to whitelist the following email domains to ensure smooth delivery:
mg.onthegoga.com
email.mg.onthegoga.com
onthegogaapp.com
For Proofpoint:
In the Organizational Safe List, add an entry for Sender Email Address that contains below domains:
onthegoga.com
onthegogaapp.com
For M365:
In the security workspace in M365 on the Policies & Rules > Threat Policies > Tenant Allow/Block Lists add the following entries as allow:
info@onthegogaapp.com
onthegogaapp.com
info@onthegoga.com
onthegoga.com
Once these domains are whitelisted, your team should be able to receive all important emails without delay. If you run into any issues, feel free to reach out to our Client Success Team at clientexperience@onthegoga.com for support!
