Account Support: Login & Sign-Up Help
If a team member is having trouble logging in or signing up, try these quick fixes:
Need to reset a password? Share this password reset link with them to get back on track.
Didn’t receive a confirmation email? Ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
Still stuck? Clearing cache and cookies often helps resolve login issues caused by outdated information.
Other common issues:
Double-check usernames and email addresses for typos.
If a link has expired, try requesting a new one.
Switch to Google Chrome or another recommended browser for the best experience.
