About Our Wellbeing Content
Who Creates Our Content & How We Ensure Quality
At On the Goga, we believe that great content isn’t just about information—it’s about impact. Our Wellbeing Library is designed to provide practical, engaging, and research-backed resources that help teams integrate wellbeing into their everyday lives. From interactive workshops to insightful articles, videos, and worksheets, every piece of content we create is carefully curated to be relevant, inclusive, and grounded in real-world science. Here’s how we do it.
Who Creates Our Wellbeing Content?
Our content creation process is a team effort, blending deep content expertise with best practices in learning styles and engagement. Our workshops, challenges and hub content is developed by our content and editorial team in partnership with our network of credentialed wellbeing professionals.
Wellbeing Coaches & Experts: Our wellbeing experts bring content knowledge to every piece of content we make. Many of our contributors hold advanced certifications in their respective fields—Registered Dietitians (RDs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), PhDs in Psychology, and Board-Certified Health Coaches.
Editorial Team: Our editorial team ensures that our learning materials are structured for maximum engagement and impact, and aligned to On the Goga’s brand and quality standards. This team consists of team members with Masters in Education, Public Health, and more.
Content Development Process
Selecting relevant and accessible topics
We don’t just guess what matters—we curate our content with intention and strategy. Our editorial team combines the structure of an annual content strategy with the flexibility of a monthly content creation process to ensure that our content is always relevant, timely, and meaningful for workplace teams. Each month, we focus on a carefully crafted theme that aligns with national health observance, cultural and workplace trends, and the latest peer-reviewed research in psychology, health, and performance. From there, we develop a diverse range of content, allowing individuals to engage with the theme in a way that best suits their learning style, interests, and stage in their wellbeing journey.
ChoosinG the Highest-impact format
We know that people absorb and apply information in different ways, which is why we offer a variety of content formats—each designed to fit different learning styles, preferences, and workplace needs. Depending on the topic and desired impact, we select the format that will be the most engaging, practical, and actionable.
Workshops – Best for interactive learning and team engagement. Led by experts, these live sessions allow for real-time discussion, Q&A, and hands-on learning.
Challenges – Ideal for building long-term habits. These guided experiences encourage employees to integrate wellbeing practices into their daily routines over time.
Articles – Great for deep dives into workplace wellbeing topics. Research-backed and insight-driven, articles help employees explore key concepts at their own pace.
Audio Content – Perfect for on-the-go learning and mindfulness. From guided meditations to expert-led discussions, these allow for a seamless, passive learning experience.
Videos – Best for quick, engaging, and visually-driven learning. Short, digestible content makes it easy for employees to absorb key takeaways in just a few minutes.
Worksheets & Tools – Designed for self-reflection and action. These hands-on resources help employees apply what they’ve learned in a way that’s personalized and practical.
