Job Overview

Overview

We’re hiring a Program Manager to play a foundational role in scaling our Customer Success team. You’ll work across our book of business to help clients design, manage, and deliver effective workplace wellbeing programs using our platform, content, and best practices. This is a commercial role with direct responsibility for customer retention and expansion revenue.

You will be the primary point of contact for customer administrators, working directly with HR and People leaders to understand their goals and translate them into clear, annual program plans. This includes customer onboarding, coordinating workshops and resources, monitoring engagement, providing wellbeing consulting, and adjusting the approach when something isn’t working.

As one of our founding Program Managers, you won’t just support individual customer accounts, you'll help build the systems and processes that power our Customer Success function as we grow.

How You'll Contribute

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers

  • Manage all aspects of the post-sale customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal

  • Monitor engagement and surface risks or opportunities for your book of business

  • Drive customer renewals for your assigned accounts by reinforcing outcomes, engagement, and program value

  • Lead the renewal cycle each year including tracking, outreach, meetings, and close

  • Gather client feedback to inform ongoing program refinement

Wellbeing Program Design

  • Partner with clients to design annual wellbeing strategies that meet their needs using On the Goga's product and services

  • Recommend relevant On the Goga workshops, products, and resources to clients based on their wellbeing needs and organizational challenges

  • Provide research-backed, industry best-practices to guide customer's employee wellbeing strategy

  • Draft communications to promote wellbeing programs for customers

  • Contribute to the documentation and improvement of Customer Success processes

Project Management & Program Implementation

  • Manage all projects, documentation, and impact reporting for your book of business utilizing Hubspot, Monday.com, and other systems

  • Lead day-to-day execution and delivery of wellness programming, including workshops, challenges, leadership trainings, and communications strategies

  • Coordinate with internal team, coaches, and clients to ensure smooth delivery

This role requires a high level of innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and independent management. We are looking for a team member that understands the unique environment of a scaling startup and can bring their skills and perspective to successfully manage client programs.

  • 2+ years of working experience in customer success, program management, account management, or a related client-facing role

  • 2+ years of experience in workplace wellness, learning & development, HR, or a related people-focused field

  • Exceptional verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills

  • Strong, professional written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously using a project management system

  • Ability to ramp quickly and work independently in core tools and systems (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com)

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
