Job Overview

Overview

We’re looking for a resourceful, people-centered Sales Enablement Associate to support our Sales lead in all aspects of the sales process - from lead generation to meeting prep to proposal creation.

This role is ideal for someone who’s excited to be at the heart of a mission-driven startup, loves building relationships, and is eager to help shape the future of a growing sales team. You’ll be an integral part of the revenue engine, providing high-touch support, engaging with prospects, and helping establish the systems that will carry us into our next phase of growth.

This role is designed to grow over time, gradually taking on direct prospecting, leading meetings, and closing new business with mentorship and support.

What you’ll do

Lead Engagement & Scaling

  • Monitor and respond to all inbound leads (emails,calls) 

  • Conduct outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to engage prospects

  • Qualify leads and coordinate scheduling for discovery calls

  • Re-engage warm leads and nurture past relationships with thoughtful outreach

Sales Call Prep & Follow- Up Support

  • Prepare pre-sales call notes with detailed research and personalized insights on each organization

  • Ensure the Sales Leader is fully prepped ahead of meetings with all key details, notes, and materials

  • After each call, use technology (e.g. Fathom) to collect, clean up, and organize sales notes

  • Draft sales follow-up emails that include accurate recap, next steps, and any promised deliverables

  • Own contract creation and customized proposals in PandaDoc

  • Write on-brand follow-up emails that move conversations forward

  • Maintain sales decks and materials to ensure consistency

CRM & Workflow Management

  • Maintain clean, accurate records in HubSpot

  • Track meetings, outcomes, and follow-up tasks

  • Help identify bottlenecks and improve sales workflows

  • Pipeline Health Monitoring

Process Building

  • Document repeatable sales processes as the team grows

  • Assist with creating templates, outlines, and systems to scale future sales success

  • Collaborate with your manager to evolve how we sell

  • Attend sales team meetings with ownership over taking notes, documenting action items, and ensuring follow through

On-Site Sales Support

  • From time-to-time, represent On the Goga at on-site events including trade shows, networking events, etc.
