Pick a movement type to focus on from our options below, and your professional facilitator will show you how to best support your body in this functional workout class designed for all fitness levels.

Sitting: We sit for an average of 8 hours per day, so it’s important that we do it mindfully! Explore the common misalignments of seated posture and dive into the foundational exercises that support healthy sitting posture.
Standing: Standing is the foundation for daily tasks and activities. We will provide the basics to a healthy standing posture and walk through a series of exercises to support standing.
Walking: Walking offers many physical and mental benefits - especially when done properly. Participants will learn the importance of dynamic movement and perform a series of exercises to support healthy walking habits.
Movement On the Go: We are constantly performing tasks in our daily lives, but we often forget to move mindfully. Participants will learn how to move mindfully and in a way that supports healthy movement while avoiding injury.

How it works:
When you book your workshop, you will have the option to select which everyday movement you would like to focus on (sitting, standing, walking, or movement on the go)! Then you will receive a zoom link that you can share with your group. This session will be both informative and an opportunity for participants to move and engage in the workout at any fitness level.
When participants join, they will be welcomed by your professional facilitator who will start by creating the opportunity for participants to connect with each other before moving into explaining alignment and then strengthen their bodies to create healthy movement habits.
