We’re hiring an Associate Program Manager to play a foundational role on our Customer Success team. You’ll assist with, and eventually own, key elements of the planning, coordination, and delivery of workplace wellbeing programs for On the Goga’s customers.
This is a customer-facing role within a Customer Success function that directly supports customer retention and expansion. You’ll work closely with On the Goga’s Program Managers to help manage customer relationships, execute wellbeing programs, and drive renewals through strong project management, clear communication, and reliable follow-through. In this role, you’ll act as a secondary point of contact for customers.
This role offers meaningful opportunities for growth. As you build confidence and fluency in our programs, systems, and client relationships, you’ll have the opportunity to work toward managing a small book of business independently. This role is designed as a precursor to our Program Manager position..
How You'll Contribute
Account Management
Serve as a secondary point of contact for customers, supporting day-to-day client communication and coordination
Organize the Customer Success inbox, tagging and responding to requests in real-time
Prep, attend, document, and follow up on client meetings such as onboarding calls, check-ins, and planning conversations; step in as a backup for Program Managers as needed
Support weekly client status reporting and internal updates
Assist with customer renewals through data gathering, outreach, meeting coordination, and documentation
Program Execution & Project Management
Own the day-to-day execution of wellbeing programming, with a focus on workshops and challenges.
Track timelines, deliverables, and next steps for customer programs
Maintain accurate project and client records across internal systems, including HubSpot and Monday.com
Draft client-facing communications to promote wellbeing programs and initiatives
Coordinate with facilitators, coaches, and internal team members to ensure sessions run smoothly
Update customer platfroms as needed, with the support of Customer Success Operations team
Identify and escalate risks, questions, or uncertainties to Program Managers in a timely manner
Program Design & CS Development
Recommend relevant On the Goga workshops, products, and resources based on client wellbeing needs and organizational context
Learn and support all aspects of the post-sale customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal
Learn to apply research-backed, industry best practices to support customers’ employee wellbeing strategies=
Contribute to the documentation, refinement, and improvement of Customer Success processes

Experience or relevant education in customer success, program coordination, workplace wellbeing, employee engagement, HR or a related role
Passion and foundational understanding of workplace wellbeing, learning & development, or employee experience
Exceptional organizational and task-management skills
Strong verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills
Clear, professional written communication
Comfort quickly learning new tools and systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
We Have a Strong Preference For Candidates…
Located in the Philadelphia region
With direct working experience or education in workplace wellbeing, learning & development, or HR
Familiar with CRM (Hubspot) and Project Management (Monday.com) software
With experience in early-stage startup environments
With experience in commercial / sales role
With conversational Spanish fluency
