Overview

As a Program Developer, you'll work hand-in-hand with the CEO to develop our client portfolio and design our client's wellbeing programs. As part of our small and expanding team, you'll be responsible for many elements of the Program Development process including inbound and outbound sales, curriculum mapping, workshop development, coach/team development, and ongoing customer relationship management. The right candidate has the desire, capacity, and proven ability to help develop meaningful and engaging employee wellbeing programs and take on cross-departmental projects.

This is a full-time position based in Center City Philadelphia with local travel requirements

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Program Developer, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing client wellbeing programs while helping to grow our client base and internal team. Your key roles will include:

  • Program Development

    • Work with the CEO to design and develop employee wellbeing programs based on the latest research in positive psychology, employee engagement, and organizational behavior (curriculum mapping, wellbeing consulting, client strategy development, and reporting)

    • Independently design and manage from-scratch programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement based on client needs and interests

    • Collect, analyze, and generate reports of client feedback to enhance and develop programs over time

    • Work side-by-side with On the Goga Program Managers (Account/Project Managers) to ensure exceptional execution of client programs

    • Assist CEO with development of internal coach team to support programming

  • Customer Relationship Management & Sales
    We take a purpose-driven approach to sales, meaning our Program Developers are also our sales team. As a Program Developer, you will:

    • Network and leverage referrals to help On the Goga expand our customer base

    • Manage the customer journey from lead to renwal using Hubspot (CRM)

    • Facilitate on-site meetings at client’s offices within 25 miles of Philadelphia for ongoing customer success and relationship development

    • Track and generate sales reports using Hubspot and Asana

    • Work with Program Manager through all stages of the client Onboarding Process

    • Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

    • Manage client success stories, testimonials, and resolve major client issues

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE:

  • Skills/Experience

    • Expertise and experience in holistic corporate wellbeing, learning & development, organizational development, human-focused HR, or another related field

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    • Proven ability to manage a purpose-driven sales process while meeting sales goals

    • Inbound and outbound sales experience

    • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

    • Deadline and detail-oriented

    • Strong leadership qualities

    • Previous experience in a startup environment is a huge plus

  • Traits/Habits/Other

    • A highly-developed emotional intelligence skill set, including: mindful communication, boundary setting, consensus building, and conflict resolution

    • Growth mindset & intrinsic motivation

    • Ability to drive to client locations (generally within 25 mile drive of Center City Philadelphia)

NICE TO HAVE:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role

  • B2B sales experience

  • High-growth startup experience

  • A regular practice of wellbeing and self-care
