Dilworth Park’s Free Outdoor Workout Series Is Back!

One of the things we love about Philly is there is always so much going on in the community! From pop-up yoga, to beer gardens, to our beloved First Fridays, there are so many activities to do out and around the city. As the weather starts to get warmer, On the Goga will strive to keep you in the loop about all the fun and free workouts you can catch in the city! 

Starting this on April 3rd, Dilworth Park (the park outside City Hall) is bringing back their free outdoor workout series, called Spring Training. Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday there will be at least one Spring Training workout.  The pop-up classes — including yoga, boot camps, and yoga — will be led by local trainers from Optimal Sport Health Clubs. For stretching and injury prevention,  folks from the Rothman Institute will make appearances at some classes to help you stay strong and injury-free. 

The schedule provides a top-notch mix of yoga, cardio, and strength:

Spring Workout Calendar (April 3rd - May 24th)

TUESDAY
12pm - Yoga (BYO mat)
6pm - Bootcamp

WEDNESDAY
6:30pm - Group Run put on by City Fit Girls

THURSDAY
6pm - Zumba

No registration is required, just be ready to sweat!
